| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním posláním bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat současnou situaci v ubytovacích a stravovacích službách v oblasti Železnorudska. Byl hodnocen počet, struktura a kvalita ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení a dále kvalita a množství poskytovaných služeb. Pro posouzení současné situaci, bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi návštěvníky regionu, dále řízené rozhovory s majitelem ubytovacího zařízení a pracovníkem Turistického informačního centra Železná Ruda. Jako třetí zdroj informací byly využity všechny dostupné informace o regionu a nakonec také vlastní pozorování a zkušenosti. Na závěr byla provedena syntéza všech získaných údajů a na základě získaný výsledků jsem vypracovala návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení stávající situace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The general aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse the present circumstances in the accommodation and catering facilities in the area of Železnorudsko. The aim was to evaluate the number, structure and quality of accommodation facilities and of catering establishments as well as the quality and the number of provided services. To be able to consider the present circumstances, was carried out an investigation among the visitors of this area, next the interviews with the owner of accommodations facilities and with an employee of the Tourist Information Centre of Železná Ruda. The third source was all the available information about the area and finally also own observation and experience. Consequently was made a synthesis of the obtained data and on the grounds of the obtained results was worked up suggestions and introductions for the improvement of the present state. | eng |
