| dc.description.abstract | Dopad diskuze o nutnosti důchodové reformy na vytváření dalších zdrojů zajištění ve stáří z generačního pohledu je název bakalářské práce, která je ve své teoretické části zaměřena na základní charakteristiku současného penzijního systému České republiky a popisuje faktory, na jejichž základě je navrhována reforma tohoto systému. Vzhledem k zaměření práce jsou zde podrobněji popsány jednotlivé alternativní možnosti vytváření finanční rezervy na stáří.
Hlavním cílem práce nebyla ekonomická analýza dopadu připravované důchodové reformy na státní rozpočet nebo na ekonomickou situaci obyvatel, ale nalezení změny ve finančním chování obyvatel, zejména změna ve způsobu individuálního vytváření finanční rezervy na stáří.
Bakalářská práce přináší zjištění a do jisté míry i inspiraci v oblasti tvorby rezervy finančních prostředků na stáři. Závěry z provedeného výzkumu ukazují pozitivní dopad probíhající diskuze na tvorbu finanční rezervy, jejíž vytváření v ekonomicky aktivním věku je cestou ke zmírnění propadu životní úrovně v důchodovém věku. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The impact of discussions about the necessity of a pension reform on creation of further security resources for the old age from the generation point of view is the title of my bachelor essay which is in its theoretical part focused on basic features of the current pension system in the Czech Republic and describes factors based on which a reform of this system is proposed. With regard to the orientation of this essay, the individual alternative possibilities of creating financial reserve for the old age are described in more detail here.
The main objective of the essay was not to carry out an economic analysis of the impact of the upcoming pension reform on the state budget or on the economic situation of the population but to find a change in the financial behaviour of the population, mainly change in the way of the individual creating of a financial reserve for the old age.
The bachelor essay brings findings and to a certain extent also inspiration in the area of creation of a reserve of financial resources for the old age. Conclusions of the performed research show a positive impact of the ongoing discussions on the creation of a financial reserve, which when created at an economic active age is a way how to mitigate the fall in the living standard at the pension age. | eng |
