| dc.description.abstract | Hlavní cíl této práce je přehled základních teorií výkonové motivace a uvedení hlavních metod jejího zjišťování. Z klasických teorií výkonové motivace je zmíněna zejména práce McClellanda, Atkinsona a Heckhausena. Uvedena je i teorie kauzální atribuce, jakožto pátrání po příčinách, kterými jedinec vysvětluje svůj úspěch či neúspěch. Dále je také vyložena základní problematika volního jednání, zmíněny jsou např. práce Heckhausena (Rubikon model), Beckmanna a Kuhla. Pozornost je věnována aplikaci výkonové teorie ve školním prostředí a problematice cílů (např. Amesová, Dwecková, Nicholls), zmíněna je také teorie PSI. V práci je popsána souvislost výkonové motivace s vybranou problematikou (aktivace, aspirace, flow, naučená bezmocnost atd.), diagnostika výkonové motivace a přehled výkonové motivace v čase. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the overview of fundamental theories of achievement motivation and the presentation of the chief methods of its measurement. From the classical theories there is particularly remarked the work of McClelland, Atkinson and Heckhausen. There is also presented the theory of causal attribution as a searching for causations, which are used by individual to explanate its succes or failure. Next, there is explained the main problems of volitional action, e.g. the work of Heckhausen (Rubicon model), Beckmann and Kuhl are mentioned. The attention is paid to the application af achievement theory in the school setting and the problems of goals (e.g. Ames, Dweck, Nicholls), the PSI theory is remarked, too. In the bachelor’s thesis there is described a connection of achievement motivation to the selected problems (arousal, aspiration, flow, learned helplessness etc.), the diagnostics of the achievement motivation and the summary of achievement motivation across the time. | eng |
