| dc.description.abstract | Sociální pracovník během své práce spolupracuje v multidisciplinárním týmu, kde se setkává s odborníky z jiných oborů. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na osobnost sociálního pracovníka a jeho percepci budoucími odbornými pracovníky multidisciplinárního týmu, tedy studenty zdravotnických oborů na ZSF JU.
Teoretická část práce se skládá z kapitol popisující sociální práci, osobnost sociálního pracovníka a kompetence potřebné k výkonu povolání spolu se specifickými činnostmi spojenými s profesí sociálního pracovníka.
Výzkumná část má za cíl zjistit, jak studenti Zdravotně sociální fakulty JU vnímají sociální pracovníky, jaké vlastnosti jim přisuzují a zda mají rozhled v terminologii sociální práce. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí kvantitativní strategie, za využití dotazníkové techniky sběru dat.
Výsledky výzkumu mohou využít studenti sociální práce jako ukazatel toho jak jsou sociální pracovníci vnímáni studenty jiných oborů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Social workers collaborate during their work in a multidisciplinary team where they meet with professionals from different fields. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the characteristics of personality of social workers and on how they are perceived by future professionals of a multidisciplinary team, in this case students of health-oriented disciplines at FHSS USB.
The theoretical part of the thesis consists of chapters which include the description of social work and the characteristics of social worker and deal with competence that are required for practicing profession along with the specific activities associated with the profession of social worker.
The aim of the research part of the thesis is to find out how students of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences of USB perceive social workers, what characteristics they attribute to them, and lastly to find out whether they have knowledge of the terminology of social work. The research part is based on the quantitative research strategy.
The research results could be used by students of social work as an indicator of how social workers are perceived by students of other disciplines. | eng |
