| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu podnikatelského plánu na rekonstrukci brownfieldu na dům s pečovatelskou službou ve vesnici Markvartice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zabývá teorií, kde jsou postupně rozebrány pojmy jako podnikání, podnik a podnikatel. Hlavní teoretická část je tvořena rozborem struktury podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se skládá z kompletního podnikatelského plánu, kde jsou využity analýzy ke zmapování konkurence a trhu. Konkrétně se jedná o metodu SWOT a Porter. Dále se v praktické části nachází vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, které je zaměřeno na seniory, zdali mají zájem o dům s pečovatelskou službou. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a rozebráno financování domova, které bylo vypočítáno při tvorbě podnikatelského plánu a navrhnuta opatření, kdyby nebyli schváleny dotace na rekonstrukci domova. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis on the creation of a business plan for the reconstruction of a brownfield for a nursing home in the village of Markvartice. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theory, where the terms such as business, enterprise and entrepreneur are gradually analyzed. The main theoretical part consists of an analysis of the business plan structure. The practical part consists of a complete business plan, where analysis is used to map the competition and the market. Specifically, the method is SWOT and Porter. Furthermore, in the practical part there is an evaluation of a questionnaire survey, which is focused on seniors, whether they are interested in a nursing home.
