| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza dopravních nehod z ekonomického hlediska. První část práce se zabývá teoretickým základem o dopravních nehodách. Následuje zkoumání příčin dopravních nehod, nejčastější příčiny dopravních nehod a definování externalit z dopravy.
V teoretické části je dále uveden přehled řešené problematiky a metodika výpočtu negativních externalit z dopravních nehod. Na teoretickou část práce navazuje praktická část práce, ve které již probíhá analýza nehodovosti za roky 2020 a 2021.
V rámci této práce byly vypočítány podle aktualizované metodiky negativní externality za období 2009 - 2021. Detailní postup je proveden na reprezentativním roce 2020.
Dílčím cílem diplomové práce bylo ze získaných dat navrhnout opatření, které by mělo napomoci zlepšení aktuální situace. Na závěr jsou shrnuty všechny výsledky práce a zhodnocena navrhovaná opatření. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main goal of the diploma thesis is the analysis of traffic accidents from an economic point of view. The first part deals with the theoretical basis of traffic accidents followed by an examination of the traffic accidents causes, the most common sources of traffic accidents and the definition of traffic externalities.
The theoretical part also provides an overview of the issues addressed and the methods for calculating negative externalities from traffic accidents. The theoretical part of the work continues with the practical part in which the analysisis of accident rate from 2020 till 2021 is already included.
Within this work, negative externalities were calculated according to the updated methodology for the period 2009-2021. The detailed procedure is presented at the sample year 2020.
The partial goal of the diploma thesis was to propose measures from the obtained data that should help to improve the current situation. In the end, all the results of the work are summarized and the proposed measures are evaluated. | eng |
