| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu zdravotní sestry jako vztahové osoby pacientů na dětských psychiatriích. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s pojmy attachmentu, daného nemocničního prostředí, vztahu mezi zdravotnickým personálem a pacientem a také zejména citovými deprivačními aspekty. Praktická část je provedena v kvalitativním designu, a to pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Hlavním cílem rozhovorů je vnímání vztahování se pacienta ke zdravotní sestře při dlouhodobějších pobytech na dětských psychiatriích, práci se vztahovými a jinými potřebami pacientů a celkový pohled zdravotnického personálu na možnosti kooperace s projevy a následky v chování u pacientů, kteří se dostali v životě do deprivačních podmínek. Výsledky se také vztahují k výzkumným otázkám a celkovému obrazu zdravotních sester na dětském psychiatrickém oddělení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the subject of a nurse as a relational person of patients in children's psychiatric hospitals. The theoretical part introduces readers to the concepts of attachment, hospital environment, relationship between medical staff and patient, as well as emotional deprivation aspects in particular. The practical part is done in a qualitative design, using semi-structured interviews. The main objective of the interviews is the perception of the patient's relationship with the nurse during long stays in a psychiatric hospital, working with patients' relationship and other needs, and the overall view of the medical staff on the possibilities of cooperating with behavioural manifestations and consequences in patients who have reached deprivation conditions in their lives.
