| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na supervizi v mateřských školách, kdy cílem této práce je zjistit jaký přínos supervize má pro pedagogické pracovníky mateřské školy. Nejprve obsahuje prostředí mateřské školy, charakteristiku cílové skupiny a vymezení postavení pedagogického pracovníka mateřské školy. Po té se práce zaměřuje na supervizi, její formy a její přínos pro pedagogické pracovníky. Dále je práce doplněna výzkumnou sondou, která je realizována prostřednictvím rozhovoru v konkrétní mateřské škole. | cze |
