| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pohlavního a nepohlavního rozmnožování kriticky ohroženého blešníku úplavičného (Pulicaria dysenterica) v ex-situ podmínkách. První část práce je věnována rešerši, která je zaměřena na základní popis druhu, jeho celkovému rozšíření v České republice a ve světě, popis možností rozmnožování, ať už vegetativnímu či generativnímu významných pro jeho ochranu. Druhá část práce přináší výsledky vlastních experimentů, zaměřených na testování vlivu uchování semen na klíčení semen a možnosti generativního a vegetativního rozmnožování druhu. Data, která byla získána experimenty, následně byla statisticky vyhodnocena a výsledky diskutovány. | cze |

The first part of this thesis is dedicated to the basic description of the species, its distribution in the Czech Republic and over the world. The thesis further describes the possibilities of vegetative and generative reproduction and its protection. The second part of this diploma thesis concerns with the experiment which is focused on seed preservation and plant growing in ex-situ conditions.
