| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou klíčení kriticky ohroženého druhu Nuphar pumila v ex-situ podmínkách a porovnání klíčivosti ve srovnání s dalšími druhy Nuphar lutea a Nuphar x spenneriana. První část práce je věnována rešerši, která je zaměřena na základní popisy druhů, jejich ekologii, celkovému rozšíření v České republice a ve světě, popis možností rozmnožování významných pro jeho ochranu. Druhá část práce přináší výsledky vlastních experimentů, zaměřených na testování prosté míry klíčivosti za zvolených podmínek klíčení, tak vliv vnějších ošetření na klíčivost, konkrétně vliv kyseliny giberelové a mechanického ošetření povrchu semen, a to za účelem posouzení typu případné dormance semen N. pumila. Data, která byla získána experimenty, následně byla statisticky vyhodnocena a výsledky diskutovány. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis deals with the issue of germination of the critically endangered species Nuphar pumila in ex-situ conditions and comparison of germination in comparison with other species Nuphar lutea and Nuphar x spenneriana. The first part of the work is devoted to research, which is focused on the basic descriptions of the species, their ecology, the overall distribution in the Czech Republic and in the world, a description of the reproduction possibilities important for its protection. The second part of the work presents the results of own experiments, focused on testing the simple rate of germination under selected germination conditions, as well as the effect of external treatments on germination, specifically the effect of gibberellic acid and mechanical treatment of the seed surface, in order to assess the type of possible dormancy of N. pumila seeds. The data obtained by the experiments were then statistically evaluated and the results discussed. | eng |
