| dc.description.abstract | Schopnost heterocytózních půdních sinic izolovaných z různých geografických oblastí fixovat vzdušný dusík (respektive jejich nitrogenázová aktivita ? NA) byla určována s využitím metody ARA (redukcí acetylénu). Byla porovnávána NA za světla a tmy u sinic s různou morfologií. Byla zjišťována závislost NA na frekvenci heterocytů. | cze |
