| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat program LEADER a zhodnotit jeho využití v mikroregionu Chelčicko-Lhenicko. V teoretické části práce charakterizuje jednotlivé strukturální fondy pro implementační období 2004 - 2006 i pro období 2007 - 2013, a obsahovou stránku programu LEADER+, včetně stručné a obecné charakteristiky MAS - místní akční skupiny. V praktické je zaměřena na popis sledované oblasti a na podmínky využitelnosti programu LEADER+ v mikroregionu Chelčicko-Lhenicko, zhodnocené prostřednictvím metody SWOT. V závěru práce poté vyhodnocen přínos programu LEADER pro zkoumaný mikroregion a formulovány další projekty typu LEADER+. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The purpose of this thesis is to describe the LEADER programme and to determine its potential applications in the Chelčicko-Lhenicko region. The theoretical portion of the thesis defines both the details of the structural funds for the implementation periods 2004 - 2006 and 2007 - 2013, as well as the contents page of the LEADER+ programme, which includes a brief overview of the LAG - Local action group. The practical portion focuses on describing the monitored area and on the potential applications of the LEADER+ programme in the Chelčicko-Lhenicko region, as evaluated using a SWOT analyses.
