| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části jsem se zabýval popisem vývoje a významu strategického řízení .
V praktické části jsem se zabýval analýzou vybraného zemědělského podniku AGRO Vodňany a.s. s použitím metod strategického řízení.
Dále jsem navrhl ohodnocení možných strategií pro vybraný podnik.
V poslední části jsem se zabýval možností zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku a řešením byl návrh rekonstrukce a modernizace odchovny prasat. | cze |
