| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce analyzuje výrobní závod společnosti Schneider Electric, a. s. Písek jak z hlediska současného, tak i perspektivního uplatňování hlavních logistických zásad. Obsahuje rozbor materiálového i informačního toku firmy, včetně konkrétních používaných metod: Lean Manufacturing (štíhlá výroba), Kanban, Just-in-time, Řízení v krátkém čase, Six Sigma (systém monitorování procesů). Hlavní důraz je kladen na informační zajištění dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů prostřednictvím předpovědi potřeby materiálu. Na základě analýzy její přesnosti jsou navržena opatření pro zlepšení. | cze |
