| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce byla problematika rozvoje venkova v zájmovém území obce Kvilda. V první části byly popsány přírodní charakteristiky tohoto území. Dále obsahuje popis samotné obce. Čtenář se seznámí s dotazníkem, který byl vyplněn obyvateli obce. Otázky se zabývaly spokojeností obyvatel. V praktické části byla rozvedena problematika územního plánu, limity využití území, omezení určitých odvětví jako je například zemědělství, infrastruktury, stavební činnosti. Je zde zmíněna architektura nové zástavby. Cílem práce bylo seznámit se se souvisejícími problémy venkova na jeho rozvoj. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this work was the problem of rural interest association community of Kvilda. In the first part of disertation there were depicted natural characteristics of this territory. Then the theses conteins describtion of the mentioned community. The reader acquaints with a list of questions, that were filled in by village inhabitants. The questions were considered with contents of the inhabitants. Practical part was aimed to problems of local plan, land use limits, limiting of definite sectors such as agriculture, infrastructure, building development. Architecture of new build-up area was also mentioned. Purpose of graduation theses was an identification with contextual problems of countryside on its development. | eng |
