| dc.description.abstract | Lathyrus niger je vytrvalá bylina, typická pro listnaté lesy, která produkuje velké množství biomasy, zvláště pod zemí. Cílem této studie bylo vyhodnocení dynamiky celkových nestrukturálních sacharidů (TNC) v kořenech a analýza růstu u druhu L. niger během vegetační sezóny. Byl testován vliv biotopu (les nebo louka), zahrnující také vliv zastínění rostlin v lese, dále vliv kosení na růst rostlin a na změnu obsahu TNC. | cze |
