| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce bylo vyhodnotit úroveň masné užitkovosti jednotlivých masných plemen chovaných v odlišných klimatických podmínkách podhorských a horských oblastí jižních a západních Čech.
V oblasti Šumavy bylo provedeno sledování využití TTP pastvou masného skotu ve vztahu k dosahované užitkovosti. Do sledování bylo zahrnuto celkem 31 farem, které se zabývají chovem 7 masných plemen (Aberdeen Angus, Galloway, Hereford, Highland, Charolais, Masný Simentál, Salers. 16 farem se nacházelo v nadmořské výšce do 600 m (od 426 m n. m.) a 15 farem sídlí ve vyšších polohách (do 1 074 m n. m.). Data byla shromážděna za období 5 let. U plemenic byl zaznamenán měsíc otelení a výskyt obtížných porodů. U telat byla zjišťována živá hmotnost při narození, ve 120, 210 a u některých telat ve 365 dnech věku. K živým hmotnostem byly dopočítány průměrné denní přírůstky od narození do 120 dní, od 120 do 210 dní, od 210 do 365 dnů, od narození do 210 dní a od narození do 365 dnů věku. Soubor byl vytříděn podle podle plemen, nadmořské výšky a pohlaví telete. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this diploma work was to evaluate the level of beef utility at particular breeds. The breeds were bred in different climatic conditions of foothills and mountain regions of the Southern and the Western Bohemia.
It was observed the use of permanent green grass by beef cattle´s pasture in relation of reached utility. There were included in total 31 farms in monitoring. The farms keep 7 breeds (Aberdeen Angus, Galloway, Hereford, Highland, Charolais, Simentál and Salers). There were 16 farms situated in regions under 600 meters above sea-level and 15 farms in regions over 600 meters above sea-level. The data were collected during 5 years.
At cows, month of calving and occurrance of complicated births, have been recorded. The weight of calves at birth, in the age of 120, 210 and in certain cases also 365 days, has been checked. There were counted the average daily gains to mentioned weights. The group has been sorted according to breeds, elevation above sea-level and sex of the calves. | eng |
