| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo ověřit technologii chovu kapra obecného (Cyprinius carpio) se zvýšeným obsahem omega 3 mastných kyselin. Technologie byla testovaná v letech 2010 a 2011. Pro pokus v roce 2010 se použila směs KP Len a obilovina. V roce 2011 byly ryby rozděleny na tři skupiny. První skupina se krmila směsí KP Len, druhá obilovinu a třetí byla držena na přirozené potravě. Pokus probíhal v provozních podmínkách českého rybářství. V průběhu celého vegetačního období se v rámci pravidelných kontrol sledoval průběh růstu a měřily se parametry kvality vody. Hlavními sledovanými parametry byl obsah tuku a kompozice mastných kyselin. Směs KP Len dosáhla signifikantně vyššího obsahu PUFA než skupina ryb přijímající obiloviny, a to jak v roce 2010, tak i 2011. Při porovnání skupin ryb krmených směsí KP Len a příjímající přirozenou potravu v roce 2011 nebyly zjištěny statisticky významné rozdíly PUFA. Nejvyššího obsahu EPA a DHA v roce 2010 dosáhly ryby přikrmované směsí KP Len. Naopak v roce 2011 signifikantně nejvyšší obsah byl zjištěn ve svalovině ryb držených na přirozené potravě | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of my thesis was to verify the technology of rearing common carp (Cyprinius carpio) with increased levels of omega 3 fatty acids. The technology was tested in 2010 and 2011. A mixture of KP Len and cereal was used for the experiment in 2010. In 2011, the fish were divided into three groups The first group was fed a mixture of KP Len, the second a type of cereal, and the third was kept on natural feed. The technology was carried out under the conditions of the Czech fishery industry. During the entire growing period the course of growth was monitored as part of the framework of regular checks and the parameters of the quality of water was measured. The main descriptive characteristics was the fat content and composition of fatty acids. The combination of KP Len achieved a significantly higher content of PUFA than the group of fish receiving cereals in 2010 and in 2011. When comparing groups of fish fed a mixture of KP Len and those fed natural feed in 2011, no statistically significant differences in PUFA were detected. In 2010 the fish fed a mixture of KP Len reached the highest content of EPA and DHA. On the contrary, in 2011 the significantly highest content was detected in the muscle of fish kept on natural feed. | eng |
