dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na úlohy moderních metod řízení a nástrojů pro jejich uplatnění v malém podniku, konkrétně metody controllingu a jejího vlivu na konkurenceschopnost. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část práce uvádí pojetí jednotlivých moderních metod řízení podle odborné literatury. Praktická část je zaměřena na fungování metody controllingu v praxi konkrétního podniku. V této práci jsou použity metody analýzy a syntézy a dále pak rozhovory s jednatelem a manažery společnosti CB Destrukce s.r.o.. Další informace byly čerpány z poskytnutých vnitropodnikových materiálů, směrnic a dokumentů zkoumané společnosti.	cze

The diploma study comprises two parts. The theoretical part of the study introduces the concept of separate modern controlling methods according to specialist literature. The practical part focuses on the functioning of controlling methods in practice in the particular company. Methods for analysis and synthesis are used in this study and also interviews with the director and managers of the company, CB Destrukce s.r.o.
