dc.description.abstract	Celá společnost se neustále mění. Mění se úkoly i způsoby realizace prací, charakter ekonomických subjektů i podnikání. Proto je pro všechny subjekty stále důležitější využívání moderních metod řízení. Stanovit si, jaké činnosti jsou pro daný podnik prioritou a jaké pouze podpůrné, je jednou ze základních myšlenek a podmínek facility managementu. Způsob zabezpečení doprovodných činností subjektu mimopodnikovými organizacemi se nazývá outsourcing. Jeho využitím je možné specializovat se na prioritní cíle každé společnosti a současně snížit náklady na realizaci podpůrných procesů.	cze
