| dc.description.abstract | Úkolem této diplomové práce je zpracovat analýzu výskytu letní vyrážky jako kongenitální poruchy v populaci starokladrubských běloušů. Na začátku práce je obecně shrnuta problematika kongenitálních poruch, vznik a vyvolávací faktory. Dále je pojednáno o letní vyrážce u koní jako alergickém onemocnění s genetickou predispozicí.
Vlastní výzkum se zaměřil na statistickou analýzu současné populace starokladrubských běloušů a dále na analýzu potomků po vybraných jedincích. Byl zjištěn významný vliv otce a ročníku narození na nemocnost potomstva. Nebyl prokázán rozdíl v nemocnosti dle pohlaví hříbat. V závěru jsou shrnuta praktická chovatelská doporučení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The task of this thesis is to elaborate study of insect bite hypersensitivity incidence by the Old Kladrubian white horses. At the beginning of the thesis, problems of congenital disorders in general are summarized, such as origin of the disorders and the forming factors. Further, the insect bite hypersensitivity in horses as an allergic disorder with genetic predisposition is described.
Original research concerns with analysis of all actual data of insect bite hypersensitivity incidence in population of Old Kladrubian horse and with analysis of selected horses´ progeny. Incidence of the disorder depends significantly on father of the foal and year of birth. No difference in morbidity between genders of foals was found. At the end the practical breeder´s advices are summarized. | eng |
