| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vypracování návrhu projektové dokumentace v rozsahu předepsaném stavebním zákonem. Jedná se o stavbu rodinného domu s vnějšími a vnitřními bezbariérovými přístupy a provozního uspořádání s přihlédnutím k těmto potřebám. Obsahem práce je také seznámení se stavebním zákonem a vyhláškou o obecných technických požadavcích na výstavbu. Bezbariérovost je široké a složité téma, kde jsou striktně dané požadavky na výstavbu, proto výchozím podkladem pro navrhování dispozičního řešení a pomocných prvků se stala vyhláška 398/2009 Sb. O obecných technických požadavcích zabezpečujících bezbariérové užívání staveb. Stavba musí splňovat technické a architektonické nároky, aby osoby s pohybovým postižením neměly sebemenší potíže s běžným užíváním stavby. | cze |

This documentation describes the building of family house with external and internal wheelchair access and operational arrangements related to these needs. One of the goals is also familiarization with the building Act as well as with Decree on general technical requirements for the construction. Wheelchair accessibility is wide and complicated subject, where are the requirements for the construction strictly given, therefore the Decree 398/2009 Sb. about the general technical requirements establishing the use of barrier-free buildings has become the starting basis.
