| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce bylo sledovat výskyt biogenních aminů a polyaminů ve vybraných typech zrajících sýrů a zhodnocení jejich obsahů od uplynutí doby spotřeby. Obsah biogenních aminů a polyaminů ve vybraných vzorcích byl sledován poslední den data spotřeby, týden po uplynutí doby spotřeby, dva týdny po uplynutí doby spotřeby a po čtyřech týdnech od uplynutí doby spotřeby. | cze |
