| dc.description.abstract | Orchideje Erythrodes nobilis, Macodes petola, Ludisia discolor, Erythrodes hirsura, Dosinia marmorata a Anoectochilus sp. patří mezi terestrické orchideje jihovýchodní Asie, které se přizpůsobily podmínkám podrostu tropického deštného pralesa. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá jejich anatomickými adaptacemi na zastínění. Hlavní pozornost je věnována anatomickým adaptacím a obsahu listových barviv (chlorofyl a, chlorofyl b, karotenoidy, anthokyany).
Typickým rysem anatomické stavby listů studovaných druhů je jednovrstevná pokožka tvořená buňkami čočkovitého tvaru a svrchní vrstva mezofylu s anatomickými znaky palisádového parenchymu, a s vysokým obsahem chlorofylu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Orchids Erythrodes nobilis, Macodes petola, Ludisia discolor, Erythrodes hirsura, Dosinia marmorata a Anoectochilus sp. belongs to a group of terestrial orchids of south-eastern Asia. These orchids are adapted to life the undergrowth of tropical rain forests. This thesis deals with the adaptations to shading of these orchids especially with the anatomical adaptations and the concentration of pigments (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoids, anthocyanins).
The typical attributes of the leaf anatomical structure of the species studied include one-layer epidermis consisting of lens-like cells, and the upper layer of mezophyll with signs of palisade parenchyma and high content of chlorophylls. | eng |
