| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu genetického založení zbarvení ve vybrané populaci koní v ČR. Pro analýzu jsem si zvolila koně plemene Paint horse. Charakterizovala jsem toto plemeno, zabývala se pigmentací a charakteristikou barev a typů vzorů u Paint horse. Dále jsem popsala metody, které jsem následně použila v praktické části. Bylo odebráno 11 vzorků krve koní, u kterých byla zjišťována přítomnost mutace v KIT genu. | cze |

For the analysis, I chose horse breed Paint horse. I characterized this breed, dealing with pigmentation and characteristic colors and patterns in the Paint horse. I also described the methods that I then used in the practical part. It was collected 11 blood samples from horses, in which was detected the presence of KIT gene mutation. | eng |
