| dc.description.abstract | Ostropestřec mariánský [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.], je prastará léčivá rostlina, ceněná pro obsah silymarinového komplexu. Tyto látky dokážou chránit jaterní buňky před poškozením toxickými látkami.
Cílem práce bylo formou maloparcelkového pokusu zhodnotit možnosti vlivu ošetření osiva ostropestřce mariánského (termicky, mořidlem Vitavax a biopreparátem Polyversum) na zdravotní stav rostlin a tím i výnos semen této plodiny. Sledovány byly výška rostlin, počet rostlin na m?, počet úborů na rostlině, počet nažek v úboru, hmotnost nažek v úboru, HTS, hmotnost biomasy, výnos a u vypěstovaných nažek klíčivost. V průběhu růstu byl sledován výskyt chorob a škůdců. Ze získaných výsledků je patrné, že všechny druhy ošetření měly pozitivní vliv na výnosové prvky i výnos nažek. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Milk thistle (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.) is an ancient medicinal plant valued for its content of silymarin complex. These substances are albe to protect liver cells from damage by toxic substances.
The aim was to assess the potential effect of milk thistle seed treatment (thermal water, Vitavax and Polyversum) on plant health and thus the seed yield of the crop by the form of small-area experiment. I have focused on plant height, number of plants per a square meter, number of inflorescencae per plant, number of achenes in inflorescencae, TGW, weight biomass yield and germination of produced achenes. During growth there was observed the incidence of diseases and pests. The results show a positive effect on the development and yield of achenes. | eng |
