| dc.description.abstract | Zpracovala jsem diplomovou práci ?Vnímání seniorů generaci ve věku od 15 do 50 let.? Nyní bych Vám ji ve stručnosti představila.
Téma je podle mě velmi aktuální a týká se celé naší společnosti. S postupujícím stárnutím populace a finanční situací státu bude stále aktuálnější. V současnosti se hodně mluví o názoru mladých lidí, kteří vidí v seniorech pouze zátěž pro ekonomiku státu a pro společnost. Mladí lidé si myslí, že senioři žijí na jejich úkor.
Práce je členěna na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části popisuji v jednotlivých kapitolách současnou situaci a základní pojmy týkající se problematiky. Vysvětluji, kdo je senior, jaké postavení měl ve společnosti a v rodině v historii a jaké má dnes. Zabývám se problematikou stárnutí a změnami chování člověka po odchodu do důchodu. Popisuji, co všechno může ovlivňovat vnímání seniorů společností. Zabývám se mezigeneračním sporem a solidaritou mezi jednotlivými generacemi. V praktické části jsem provedla dotazníkový výzkum u generace 15-50 let, jehož cílem bylo zjistit názory mladých lidí na seniory. Výsledky dotazníkového výzkumu jsem vyhodnotila, zpracovala a zapsala do praktické části práce. Své výsledky jsem porovnala a diskutovala s jinými autory.
Zvolila jsem dva cíle práce. Hlavním cílem mé práce bylo nastudovat a přehledně zpracovat danou problematiku. Druhým cíle bylo zjistit pomocí dotazníkového šetření reálné vztahy mezi mladšími generacemi a seniory, zmapovat názory a postoje mladších generace k seniorům a ke stáří obecně a tyto výsledky zpracovat, aby byly přístupné a přehledné i pro širokou veřejnost.
Práce by mohla sloužit jako odborná literatura, je zde uceleně zpracována problematika vztahů mladé a staré generace a stáří. Tato práce by mohla mít přínos pro celou společnost. Měli by si ji přečíst všichni členové ve společnosti, mohou zde získat mnoho nových informací a zajímavých názorů, na základě toho by mohli změnit své názory a pohled na generaci seniorů. Práce by tak mohla přispět k podpoře mezigenerační solidarity, která se podle mého názoru ve společnosti nachází, ale postupně se začíná vytrácet. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | I have compiled a diploma thesis "Perceptions of senior citizens by the generation aged 15 to 50 years." I am going to introduce this thesis in brief.
I consider this topic as very up-to-date, which the whole of our society is concerned about. And this will become more important with the continuing population aging and the changing financial situation of the state. Currently, there has been discussion about views and attitudes of young people, who consider the seniors to be a burden on the country's economy and society. Young people think that seniors live at their expense.
The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part in individual chapters the current situation and basic terms concerning the issue are introduced. The state of seniorhood is explained, the status of seniors in society and family in the past and today is described. The issues of aging and changes in human behavior after retirement are dealt with. Everything what may influence society´s perception is described. Intergenerational conflict and solidarity between individual generations are dealt with. In the practical part, I conducted a research survey in the generation 15-50 years of age, the aim of which was to identify the views of young people on seniors. The results of the questionnaire survey were assessed, processed and put into the practical part. My own results were compared and discussed with other authors.
I selected two objectives of the thesis. The main objective of my thesis was to study and clearly process the given issue. The other objective was to determine real relationships between younger generations and seniors, the views, opinions and attitudes of younger generations to seniors and to old age in general and to process the results in order to get a survey accessible and well arranged for the use of the general public. To obtain the data, I used the questionnaire method.
The thesis could serve as professional literature, the issue of the relationship between young and older generations is compiled comprehensively. This thesis could bring benefits to society as a whole. It should be read by all members of society, who may find in this manner a lot of new information and interesting views, based on which they could change their opinions and views about the senior generation. The thesis would contribute to the promotion of intergenerational solidarity, which, in my opinion, is present in society, but gradually begins to fade away. | eng |
