| dc.description.abstract | Práce pojednává o pohledu sociálního pracovníka a klienta na dávkách hmotné nouze v souvislosti s nejčastějšími dilematy s kterými se setkávají při řešení situace klienta. Dále práce stručně seznamuje s historií sociální práce, která je základem pro sociální pomoc. Dále popisuje ve stručnosti systém dávek hmotné nouze.
Praktická část je zaměřena na ověření hypotézy, zda dochází k dlouhodobému setrvávání a využívání dávek hmotné nouze ze strany klienta. Je založena na dvou dotazníkových šetření, z pohledu klienta a sociálního pracovníka na dávky hmotné nouze v souvislosti s hlavním tématem. Dále je zaměřena na výsledky dotazníkových šetření s analýzou hypotéz. V poslední části je uveden návrh na možná řešení proti využívání dávek ze strany klientů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the point of view of the social worker and the client on the Allowances of Material Shortage in the connection with the mostly frequent dilemma which they confront when solving the Client’s situation.
Furthermore, the thesis briefly introduces the history of the Social Work, which is the basis for the Social Help. Describes in brief the System of the Allowances of Material Shortage.
The practical part focuses on confirming of the hypothesis, whether there is a prolonged persistence and utilization of the Allowances of Material Shortage from the Client’s side. It is based on two questionnaires’ investigations, on the Client’s and the Social Worker’s point of view on the Allowances of Material Shortage in the connection with the main theme.
Furhermore, it is focused on the results of the questionnaire’s investigations with analyse of hypotheses. The proposal for possible solutions against utilization of the Allowances from the Clients’ side is introduced in the last part of the thesis.
In the experimental part is the main hypothesis confirmed and it is possible to evolve it into furhter research in other regions. | eng |
