| dc.description.abstract | Tato studie se zabývá vlivem obranných mechanismů hostitelských rostlin na složení společenstev herbivorního hmyzu. V rámci analýz jsem zrekonstrouval fylogenezi hostitelských rostlin a změřil morfologické vlastnosti listů a obsah sekundárních metabolitů. Následně jsem provedl analýzu vztahu těchto jednotlivých vlastností a jejich dopad na strukturu společenstev herbivorního hmyzu. | cze |
