| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce, kterou jsem vypracovala má název Alternativní pedagogické koncepce v praxi mateřské školy.
Cílem této práce je charakterizovat základní znaky alternativních škol, popsat jejich nestandardní přístup k edukačnímu procesu a objasnit rozdíly v oblasti kooperace a komunikace mezi učitelkami a dětmi.
Teoretická část popisuje alternativní pedagogické směry a blíže se zabývá Waldorfskou mateřskou školou, Montessoriovskou mateřskou školou a Zdravou mateřskou školou.
Praktická část poté navazuje pozorováním v těchto alternativních mateřských školách a detailně popisuje komunikaci a kooperaci mezi učitelkami a dětmi. | cze |

The aim of this thesis is to define the fundamental characteristics of alternative schools, to describe their special approach to the educational process and to explain the differences in the field of cooperation and communication between teachers and children.
The theoretical part depictures the alternative educational trends and focuses especially on the Waldorf Kindergarten, Montessori Kindergarten and the Healthy Kindergarten.
