| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této práce je popsat základní principy Schengenské spolupráce. Začátek je zaměřen na historický vývoj společného území, kde nejsou prováděny kontroly na vnitřních hranicích. Tato část také obsahuje výčet zemí, které plně participují na této spolupráci. Poté se práce věnuje kompenzačním opatřením, které byly zavedeny v mnoha oblastech včetně policejní a justiční spolupráce, vízovým záležitostem a ochraně osobních dat. Ve třetí části se popisují změny ve vztahu k České republice. To znamená její vývoj a současnou situaci. Celá práce pojednává hlavně o bezpečnostních opatřeních, která by měla nahradit hraniční kontroly. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis is to describe the general principle of Schengen cooperation. The beginning is focused on the history of creation a common territory with the absence of border checks at the internal borders. This part contains also the enumeration of countries, which fully participate in this cooperation. The further section of this thesis is dedicated to compensation steps, which were established in many areas, including police and judical cooperation, visa matters and personal data protection. The third part describes changes in relation to Czech republic. It means the evolution and present situation.
