| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je bližší seznámení s nepříliš známou formou financování nemovitostí, kterou je leasing nemovitostí. Práce má dvě hlavní části. První část je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku leasingu. Co může být předmětem, formy financování, jeho výhody a nevýhody. Druhá část obsahuje definici leasingu nemovitostí a termínů s ním spojených. Je zde uveden vývoj leasingu nemovitostí v České republice od roku 2000 do roku 2009. Zároveň je v práci představeno pět nejvýznamnějších společností nabízejících tuto službu, a které se drží dlouhodobě na předních pozicích žebříčku, který každý rok uvádí Česká leasingová a finanční asociace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to offer closer look at not very well known form of property financing called property leasing. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is focused on basic characteristics of leasing i.e. subject of leasing, forms of financing, advantages and disadvantages. The second part includes the definition of property leasing and subsequent terms. Property leasing development in the Czech Republic from 2000 to 2009 is also included.
