| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá monitorováním úrovně ústní hygieny u dětí školního věku. Význam dentální hygieny je pro každého člověka nesporný a hraje velkou roli v prevenci nejčastějšího onemocnění dutiny ústní, jakým je zubní kaz. Zubní kaz je nejrozšířenější chorobou, kterou trpí lidé všech světadílů. Vůbec nejúčinnější prevencí tohoto onemocnění je informovanost pacientů. Proto se také teoretická část této bakalářské práce zaměřuje na anatomii a fyziologii dutiny ústní a nejčastější onemocnění, jako je již výše zmíněný zubní kaz, a dále onemocnění závěsného aparátu, mezi něž náleží zánět dásní a parodontitida. V práci jsou uvedeny příčiny, diagnostika, léčba a prevence těchto nemocí. Pozornost také patří přípravkům, pomůckám a technikám čištění zubů, bez kterých se ústní hygiena neobejde. Dále se teoretická část práce zabývá výživou a vlivem stavu chrupu na celkové zdraví jedince. Cílem praktické části práce bylo zjištění úrovně znalostí o dentální hygieně u dětí školního věku pomocí dotazníkové metody. Vyhodnocené dotazníky byly podkladem ke zpracování grafické části, která vypovídá o úrovni dentální hygieny u dětí a jejich povědomí o daném tématu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis mainly deals with monitoring the level of dental hygiene in school-age children. The importance of dental hygiene is unquestionably significant for everyone. It is really important in preventing the most common disease of the oral cavity such as dental caries. Dental caries is the most widespread disease, which affects people of all continents. The most effective prevention of this disease is patient?s awareness. Therefore, the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis focuses on anatomy and physiology of oral cavity and the most frequent illnesses such as above-mentioned dental caries and diseases such as gingivitis or periodontitis. Causes, diagnostics, cure and already mentioned prevention of these diseases are listed in this thesis. One part of this thesis also deals with products, instruments and methods for brushing teeth, without which no oral hygiene can do. The theoretic part of this thesis also examines influence of nutrition and condition of teeth over general health of individuals. The aim of the practical part was to determine the level of knowledge about dental hygiene of school age children. The research was made by questionnaire survey. Evaluated questionnaires became the basis for graphics part, which shows the level of childrens? dental hygiene and their knowledge of this subject matter. | eng |
