| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje osobám s onemocněním diabetes mellitus I. typu a pacientům po transplantaci slinivky břišní. V prvních kapitolách teoretické části se zabývá anatomií slinivky břišní, podstatou onemocnění, jeho léčbou, pozdními komplikacemi, pohybem a výživou spojené s diabetem. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnovaná transplantaci slinivky břišní. Praktická část pojednává o významu edukace a vědomostech diabetiků. Zabývá se kvalitou života diabetiků, kteří podstoupili transplantaci slinivky břišní. Porovnává jejich zdravotní a psychický stav při diabetu, před transplantací a po transplantaci slinivky břišní. | cze |
