| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá mezinárodním humanitárním právem a jejím cílem je analýza ukotvení tohoto práva v Haagských a Ženevských úmluvách a jejich Dodatkových protokolech. Text je uvozen popisem dějinných událostí, které měly vliv na vznik a vývoj mezinárodního humanitárního práva a Mezinárodního výboru Červeného kříže. Mezinárodní humanitární právo je vázáno především v Haagských a Ženevských úmluvách a Dodatkových protokolech, jejichž důležité části jsou v práci interpretovány. Práce se zabývá těmi částmi úmluv a těmi pojmy, které jsou pro její obsah stěžejní. Důležitou součástí práce je závěrečné zhodnocení mezinárodního humanitárního práva jako celku a jeho významu. | cze |
