| dc.description.abstract | Stěžejním tématem mé bakalářské práce je působení IOM - Mezinárodní organizace pro migraci v České republice.
V úvodu práce se budu zabývat dobrovolnou migrací po roce 1990, jaké byly její historické tendence a jejím rozdělením do několika časových období.
Následně se v mé práci věnuji charakteristice Mezinárodní organizace pro migraci. Zmiňuji její historický vývoj a důvody vzniku této organizace na území České republiky. Dále popisuji organizace spolupracující s IOM na různých úrovních.
Jádrem mé práce je popsání jednotlivých projektů, na kterých se IOM podílí v rámci České republiky. Větší pozornost věnuji projektu Výběr kvalifikovaných zahraničních pracovníků, na kterém popisuju spolupráci IOM s Ministerstvem práce a sociálních věcí. Celá práce je doplněna rozhovorem s jedním z pracovníků IOM, jehož hlavním úkolem je přinést informace o působení této organizace, ale zejména se pokusit toto působení zhodnotit.
V závěru mé práce provedu stručné shrnutí a zhodnocení působení IOM v České republice a výsledků, kterých u nás tato organizace dosáhla. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main issue of my thesis are the activities ot the IOM - the International Organisation for Migration in the Czech Republic.
First I desctibe the characteristics of the International Organisation for Migration. I discuss its developement through the history and the reasons of its establishment in the Czech Republic. Next I describe another organizations cooperating with the IOM at various levels.
The core of my thesis is description of particular projects of the IOM in the Czech Republic. I focus on the project of Selection of qualified foreign workers. I describe the cooperation of the IOM with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs on this project. The whole thesis is supplement with an interview with an employee of the IOM. It brings information about the IOM's activities and tries to assess them.
Finally I make a conclusion about the IOM's activities in the Czech Republic and summerize its reached outcomes. | eng |
