| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části práce jsem se zaměřila na nejnovější poznatky o problematice hyperkinetické poruchy chování u dětí. (klinický obraz a vývojové aspekty poruchy, genetické a biochemické markery, obraz poruchy psychodiagnostice). Seznámila jsem se sociálními důsledky poruchy a léčebnými možnostmi, psychoterapeutickou a psychosociální intervencí.
V praktické části práce jsem se pokusila zachytit a ilustrovat problematiku hyperkinetické poruchy chování v dynamice vývoje dítěte s touto diagnózou po dobu čtyřletého sledování. Mapována byla porucha ve vztahu k rodině a ve vztahu ke školnímu a částečně i mimoškolnímu prostředí (mateřská škola, 1. stupeň základní školy, středisko výchovné péče). | cze |

In theoretical part of the thesis I focused the latest news in the issue of hyperkinetic disorder of children behaviour. (Clinical picture and developmental aspects of disorders, genetic and biochemical markers, psychodiagnostic image disorders). I met with the social consequences of disorder and treatment options, psychotherapeutic and psychosocial interventions.
In practise part of the thesis I tried to describe the issue of hyperkinetic disorder of behaviour in dynamic development of child with this type of diagnose during four years . The object of studying was the disorder in relationship with the family and in the relationship with school and out of school. (kindergarden, primary school, center of pedagogical care). | eng |
