| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na problematiku sžívání se dospívajících a dospělých s nevyléčitelnou nemocí jakou diabetes mellitus je, a nejčastěji používanými obrannými mechanismy, kterých dospívající i dospělý během procesu adaptace na své onemocnění, ať vědomě či nevědomě, použije. Teoretická část bude věnována popisu diabetu mellitu, jeho projevům, dělení a základním pravidlům a cílům pro úspěšnou léčbu neomezující kvalitu života s touto nemocí. Dále bude popsána problematika adaptačních teorií a mechanizmů, kterých diabetik využívá při seznamování se s nemocí, přivykání na ní nebo v časech, kdy se mu nedaří nemoc zvládat a působí jako stresor zhoršující kompenzaci diabetu.
Praktická část bude realizována kvalitativním způsobem pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů, kdy budou zkoumány nejčastěji využívané adaptační obranné mechanismy, které využívají dospívající a dospělí k vyrovnání se svou nemocí a stavy s ní souvisejícími. | cze |

Further part will be discussed and mechanisms of adaptation theory, which uses the diabetic acquainted with the disease, getting used to, or at times when he can?t cope with illness and acts as a stressor, worsening glycemic control.
