dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou šikany na 1. stupni základních škol. Úvodní kapitoly popisují charakteristiku fenoménu šikany a možnosti prevence na 1. stupni základních škol. Praktická část se opírá o kvantitativní výzkum, který byl proveden mezi učiteli základních škol v okrese Tábor. Výstupem této části bylo zjistit, zda školy věnují pozornost prevenci šikany, zda existují již na 1. stupni ZŠ nějaká preventivní opatření proti šikaně a jestli učitelé ve vyučování využívají preventivní metody proti šikaně. Také byl poveden průzkum mezi žáky prvního stupně základní školy, který měl zjistit, jestli žáci rozumí slovu šikana. Výsledky výzkumu jsou graficky zobrazeny a vyhodnoceny. Závěr praktické části obsahuje doporučení k prevenci šikany.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The final bachelor thesis deals with the bullying at the primary schools. Introductory chapters describe the characteristics of the phenomenon of bullying and possibilities of prevention at the primary schools. The practical part is based on quantitative research that was done with teachers from the primary schools in Tábor district. The outcome of this part was to determine whether schools pay attention to the prevention of bullying, whether there are already some preventative measures against bullying at the primary schools and whether teachers use the preventive methods against bullying in the lessons. There was also done exploration between the pupils of primary schools; survey was to determine whether pupils understood the word bullying. The research results are graphically depicted and evaluated. The end of the practical part includes recommendations for the prevention of bullying.	eng
