| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá informovaností mužů ve věku 40-60 let o nemoci diabetes mellitus 2. typu. Teoretická část je zpracována na odborné úrovni. V teoretické části byl použit vhodný výběr dostupné literatury vztahující se k danému tématu. Je zde charakterizováno onemocnění diabetes mellitus, anatomie, klasifikace, diagnóza, léčba, komplikace, které jsou s nemocí diabetes mellitus spojené. Dále teoretická část specifikuje problematiku, která může výrazně ovlivnit kvalitu života v případě vzniku onemocnění. Z tohoto důvodu je důležitá edukace obyvatelstva před vznikem obezity, edukace nemocných s DM, pohybová aktivita a zároveň prevence vzniku onemocnění diabetes mellitus.
Praktická část je koncipována na základě dotazníku, který posloužil jako podklad k zjištění informací o informovanosti mužů v dané populační skupině ve vztahu k diabetes mellitus 2. typu. Celkový koncept teoretické části je postaven na stanovení cílů a hypotéz. V následných podkapitolách bakalářská práce charakterizuje výzkumný soubor, metodiku šetření a organizaci šetření. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This Bachelor work focuses on men of an age group 40-60 and their awarness of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 (further 2DM). The theoretical part is based on a professional level. A suitable selection of available literature dealing with this topic was used for this part. It characterises the disease (2DM), anatomy, classificiation, diagnosis, treatment and complications accompanying Diabetes Mellitus. Further on, the theoretical part specifies problems that may significantly influence a quality of life in case of an appearance of the disease. For that reason, preventive and educational programmes for the population are necessary : dangers of obesity, education of patients with DM, a role od physical activities and prevention of Diabetes Mellitus.
The practical part is based on a questionnaire which was a source of information about the men of a designated age group and their awarness of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2. A general conception of the theoretical part is based on creating the targets and hypotheses. In the following sub-chapters of the Bachelor work, the research files, metodology of research and organisation of the research are characterised. | eng |
