| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce řeší chataření v chatové oblasti podél dolní Lužnice. Nejprve geograficky charakterizuje řešené území. Následně mapuje prvky chataření - chaty, chatové osady a chatové okrsky v chatové oblasti. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analýza rozvojových problémů spojených s chatařením. Proto byly uskutečněny rozhovory s aktéry chataření, jimiž jsou chataři, a dále pak pracovníci stavebních a obecních úřadů. Aktéři byli dotazováni na různé problémy, spojené s chatařením. Jsou to například ochrana přírodního prostředí a krajiny, nebo možná nebezpečí vzniklá působením přírodních jevů. Dále pak na problémy architektonického a urbanistického řešení chatových osad, na infrastrukturní vybavení chatových osad, nebo v neposlední řadě na soužití chatařů navzájem a též s obyvateli okolních sídel. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor´s thesis solves the recreation in the cabins in the cabin´s landscape area along lower the Lužnice river. For the first time is geographical characterizes of the area of studied. Then are map the elements of the recreation in cabins ? the cabins, the cabin´s settlements and the cabin´s districts in the cabin´s landscape area. The main aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the analyse of the developing problems connected with the users of cabins. Just because the interviews were realized with the actors of users of cabins, with the workers of the building authority and with the workers of the municipal autority. The actors were asked about the problems of the protecting natural environment and the landscape, the natural danger, the problems of architectural and the urban design of cabin´s settlements, for the infrastructure equipment of cabin´s settlements, or coexistence of the users of cabins with each other and with the residents of surrounding settlements. | eng |
