| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se skládá z části teoretické, která se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií dutiny ústní a informuje o parodontálním onemocnění dutiny ústní u dětí, dále pak patogenezí zubního kazu u dětí a následnou prevencí a terapií zubního kazu. Součástí teoretické části je také primární a sekundární prevence, která má velký vliv na snížení výskytu onemocnění zubního aparátu. Do primární prevence jsou zařazeny metody a techniky čištění zubů u dětí, možnosti fluoridace a správná výživa. Do sekundární prevence jsou zahrnuty hygienické a gingivální indexy a CPITN index. Pozornost patřila také pomůckám, bez kterých se ústní hygiena neobejde. Praktická část byla zaměřena na informovanost dětí mladšího školního věku v oblasti primární prevence za pomocí dotazníkové metody. Byl sestaven edukační program a provedena instruktáž. Vyhodnocené dotazníky byly zpracovány do grafů a tabulek spolu se slovním komentářem, který vypovídá o povědomí týkající se primární prevence u dětí mladšího školního věku. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis comprises of theoretical part which refers to anatomy and physiology of the oral cavity and informs of children periodontal diseases of oral cavity. Furthermore it deals with the pathogenesis of children dental caries and subsequent prevention and therapy of the dental caries. The primary and secondary prevention, which has big influence on reduction of dental apparatus diseases, is also included in the theoretical part. The primary prevention shows methodology and techniques of children tooth cleaning, the possibilities of fluoridation, and the right nutrition. The secondary prevention includes the hygienic and gingival indexes and CPITN index. The tools necessary for a dental hygiene have also been considered in this thesis. The practical part is focused on the awareness of younger school aged children in the area of primary prevention with the use of questionnaire method. An educational program was put together and training was made. The evaluated questionnaires were processed into graphs and tables along with the verbal commentary, which shows the awareness regarding the primary prevention of younger school aged children. | eng |
