| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce srovnává odpovědi obyvatel bydlících ve vnitřním městě Českých
Budějovic na pozadí procesu gentrifikace. V 7 plochách vnitřního města bylo metodou standardizovaného rozhovoru uskutečněno 75 rozhovorů s rezidenty, které byly následně vyhodnoceny. Respondenti byli roztříděni na ty, kteří mají charakteristiky gentrifikantů a na ostatní bydlící. Následně byly zkoumány rozdíly v jejich odpovědích. Byly také sledovány rozdíly v odpovědích obyvatel bydlících v jednotlivých řešených plochách. V ploše 2 - Nové domy u Perly - ul. Holečkova se gentrifikace projevuje výrazněji než v ostatních plochách. Součástí práce je rozbor literatury vztahující se k gentrifikaci. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis compares answers of inhabitants living in the inner city of Ceske Budejovice in the background of gentrification process. There were carried out 75 standardized interviews with residents in 7 different inner city areas that were later evaluated. The respondents were sorted into groups ? those having gentrificant?s characteristics and other living in the area. Then we examined the differences in their answers. We have also observed the differences in
answers of residents living in each researched area. Gentrification is stronger in area 2 ? New houses next Perla ? Holeckova´s street than in other areas. A part of this work is the analysis of literature relating to gentrification. | eng |
