| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce "Forenzní praxe při řešení informační kriminality z oblasti porušování autorských práv " se zabývá problematikou porušování autorských práv a příslušnou forenzní činností. V této práci bude popsán přehled právní úpravy trestního a autorského zákona a budou analyzovány možné způsoby páchání trestné činnosti z oblasti šíření a přechovávání autorsky chráněných produktů (software). Dále budou prozkoumány postupy forenzní praxe při řešení tohoto druhu informační kriminality. V praktické části provedu průzkum této problematiky ve zvolených organizacích, u širší veřejnosti a navrhnu automatizační metodu při získávání důkazních materiálů i při dokumentování. Vytvořím textový výstup s výsledky zjištěných informací. | cze |

In my practical part I will research the choosen organisations and I will suggest the automation method during the gaining of the evidences.
