| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních kapitol, jenž první se zaměřuje na masáž a její modifikace, které se využívají v regeneraci. Ze začátku je zaměřena pouze na regeneraci a její význam, po té na různé způsoby masáží, jako je například thajská masáž, medová masáž a jiné. Na konci teoretické části se soustředí na klasickou masáž. Ve druhé části se zaměřuje na výzkumnou část, kde byla úkolem analýza otázek a čtyři dílčí cíle, které jsem si sama stanovila a kterými jsem se snažila zjistit, zda v dnešní době i lidé v mladém věku chodí na masáže, důvod jejich absolvování, nejvyužívanější způsob masáže a část těla, kterou pro masáž oslovení preferují. | cze |
