| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi temperamentem a spokojeností žen
na mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky
o mateřství, temperamentu (obzvláště dětského temperamentu) a životní spokojenosti.
V empirické části bylo zkoumáno, zda je temperament dítěte spojen s životní spokojeností matky. Dále byly sledovány vztahy mezi temperamentem a celkovým psychickým stavem či vnímanými rodičovskými kompetencemi. Byl realizován kvantitativní výzkum u matek na mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. Pro sběr dat byly využity Dotazník životní spokojenosti, posuzovací škála SUPOS 7 PC, Parenting Sense of Competence Scale, Infant Behavior Questionnaire-Revised a Early Childhood Behavior Questionnaire. Celkem bylo stanoveno osm hlavních i doplňujících hypotéz, o jejich výsledcích i možných omezeních výzkumu je pojednáváno v diskuzi. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is dealing with the relationship between temperament and satisfaction
of mothers staying on maternity and parental leave. In the theoretical part there are summarized basic knowledge about maternity, temperament (especially child temperament) and life satisfaction.
In the empiric part there was studied if the child temperament is connected with
the mother's life satisfaction. Next issues to follow were the relationships between temperament and general psychological situation or perceived parental competence.
A quantitative research was taken with women on maternity and parental leave.
