| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je Etický kodex manažera v podnikání (v hotelnictví). V této práci se věnuji problematice manažerské etiky. Za obsah manažerské etiky se považují např. zásady obecné morálky, respektování zákonů a společenských norem, lokální zvyklosti, schopnost vzdělávání se a zdokonalování se v morálních postojích a růstu osobnosti, znalost problematiky řízeného objektu, v našem případě hotelu, schopnost strategického myšlení. Výše uvedené by měl být manažer schopen aplikovat do každodenní praxe, měl by být schopen motivovat spolupracovníky k dodržování zásad manažerské etiky a analyzovat efektivnost dodržování těchto zásad. | cze |

In this work I am examining the issues of managerial etiquette. The issues of managerial etiquette entail, for example, general ethical rules, respecting the law and social norms, local customs, the ability to pursue self development and perfecting oneself in ethical stances and personality growth, awareness of the problematics of the managed object, in our case of the hotel, the ability to think strategically. The manager should be able to apply the above mentioned items into daily practice, should be able to motivate co-workers to uphold the principles of managerial etiquette and to analyse the effectiveness of upholding these principles. | eng |
