| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se soustředí na specifický textový druh "jídelní lístek", přičemž na 40 jídelních lístcích z Německa a Rakouska zkoumá podobnosti a zvláštnosti tohoto textového druhu.
Teoretický úvod se zabývá základními vlastnostmi těchto textů. V empirické části je provedena analýza vždy deseti jídelních lístků z oblasti severního, středního a jižního Německa a deseti jídelních lístků z různých částí Rakouska. Práce se konkrétně soustředí na strukturu jídelních lístku, diatopická specifika užití slovní zásoby z oblasti gastronomie (Kloß vs. Knödel, Kartoffel vs. Erdapfel u. a., ) z hlediska jejich sémantiky či slovotvorby. | cze |
