| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo především zjistit, jestli se výrazně liší sociální klima mezi čtyřletým a osmiletým gymnáziem. Třídy byly testovány standardizovaným dotazníkem KLIT, jehož autorem je Lašek. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 8 tříd, 166 studentů. Nebyly nalezeny výrazné rozdíly v klimatu. Byly nalezeny rozdíly mezi nižšími a vyššími ročníky. Výsledky budou poskytnuty vedení školy a třídním učitelům a studentům k následné práci s nimi. | cze |
