| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce pojednává o řídících stylech v mateřských školách, a jakým způsobem ředitelé tyto školy vedou. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy a teoretickými poznatky. Praktická část je založena na výzkumu, který proběhl ve dvou mateřských školách, tyto výsledky byly jednotlivě zaznamenány, zpracovány, analyzovány a poté porovnány mezi sebou. Výzkum se zabýval způsobem řízení mateřských škol a jejich vedením, komunikací mezi řediteli a pedagogickými pracovníky (zaměstnanci). Dále tato práce zkoumala ve vybraných mateřských školách osobnosti ředitelů jak ze strany pedagogických pracovníků (zaměstnanců) tak i ze strany ředitelů. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda se pohled na řízení, vedení, komunikaci a osobnosti ředitelů mezi jednotlivými stranami shoduje nebo do jaké míry se liší. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis researches various managing styles in kindergartens and the ways the directors manage these kindergartens. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on terms and theoretical findings. The practical part is based upon a research which was held in two kindergartens. The results were individually registered, processed, analyzed and compared with each other. The research focused on ways of kindergarten management and leadership, communication between directors and pedagogical stuff (employees). The work also investigates individual director personalities in selected kindergartens in terms of both directors and their employees. The goal of the work is to detect whether the view on management, communication and director personalities is perceived identically or differently by both involved parts. | eng |
